YinYarr - Pirates vs Ninjas

Rush

Raised in a family of computer programmers, my parents got me into computer games, although they'd deny it.  It started off as Doom and Doom II, like everyone else; but moved on to the strategy genre. Enter: Cavedog's Total Annihilation.  Played TA for several years, followed by Counter-Strike 1.5 (non-steam) and eventually moved out on my own by joining the US Army.  US Army pays me, I buy video games, lending me the ability to purchase games via Steam and various other sources.  First thing I bought computer-wise while in the Army was a Dell Inspiron 6400, which was my gaming machine up until we got back from a deployment to Afghanistan, where I was able to purchase a brand new desktop, with alot of advice from Army buddies.  Last December (12/11/2007) I was able to leave the Army because it wasn't what I was after in life... they still owe me a paycheck!
After a long drive back to my parent's house I wound up alongside my older brother again; and I've been there ever since.  I'm just your typical 21-year-old geek living in his parents' house, even though I was qualified to repair TOW/ITAS/Javelin missile launchers.
